will only be confirmed when we have received100€ deposit for the
course or 200€ deposit for the course and accommodation. Groups are from 3-8 students. In the instance of a group of a particular level being less than 3 students, the centre promises to still offer the course but at a reduced number of lessons. For example(3 - 8 students 4 lessons), ( 2 students 3 lessons) and (1 student 2 lessons). The minimum age required for our course is 17 except on those especially for the younger students (6 a 16 years) and individual classes. The school will be closed for public holidays (festivals) that are shown on the course dates on the calendar. These days are not recouperable. In the case of a course being affected by two festival days, we increase the hours of classes to cover that of one days lesson. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations
must be notified in writing MODIFICATIONS If you have to change your course dates, the type of accommodation or some other element of the course we can postpone it, as long as it is in the same year and with no extra charge. If this happens 15 days before the start of the course, there Hill be a further charge of 30€. INSURANCE The social security provides medical help for all citizens of the European Union, as long as they present the form E-111. This can be obtained from the Post Office or Social Security Office in your country before coming to Spain. Do not forget to bring the original with you. Non-European citizens must consult their own country´s security offices that deal with the Spanish Social Security. Students must have travel insurance in case of accident, cancellation of course or iones during their stay in Denia.
